If you are not satisfied with the quality of the project during development, we will make necessary adjustments to meet your expectations. This guarantee applies to the quality of design, functionality, and overall performance of your website or project.
2. Timely Delivery
We guarantee that your project will be delivered on time as agreed upon in your contract. If any delays occur, we will communicate the reasons and provide a new timeline. Timely communication and transparency are core to our process.Clients are required to fulfill all payment obligations in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services, including but not limited to website access restrictions, domain revocation, and removal from hosting platforms. CPX Studio is not responsible for any data loss, business interruptions, or damages resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.
3. Ongoing Support
Once your website or project is launched, we offer ongoing support to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our guarantee includes post-launch support for troubleshooting and minor adjustments, helping you keep your project up to date.In the event of financial hardship, clients must notify CPX Studio in writing prior to the payment due date. At CPX Studio’s sole discretion, alternative payment arrangements may be provided, subject to additional fees to account for delayed payments. Any deferred amounts will be redistributed across the remaining contract period, with an incremental cost adjustment to cover the outstanding balance. Clients who fail to communicate financial difficulties in advance will be subject to standard late fees and service termination policies.
This policy is legally binding upon acceptance of services. For any disputes or inquiries regarding payment terms, refund eligibility, or service continuation, please contact CPX Studio in writing.
